Our Office

Sean F. Rommel, a co-founding member of the firm, focuses primarily on complex federal litigation and is admitted to practice in all courts in Texas and Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Mr. Rommel graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law with high honors in 1994.  Mr. Rommel served as Law Clerk for the Hon. David Folsom, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas (1998 - 1999).  He is the author of 'The Arkansas Obscenity Doctrine: It's Establishment and Evolution,' Ark. Law Review, 1994.  He is a member of the Arkansas, Texas, Texarkana, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Bar Association for the Eastern District of Texas.  Mr. Rommel also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1994 - 1998.  Mr. Rommel was named in -“Texas Rising Stars” for the years 2004 - 2009 by Texas Monthly magazine.

Mr. Rommel was born in Russellville, Arkansas, on September 19, 1969.  He is married to Jameson Joyce Rommel, and they have two sons, Carson and Alec.
